This article goes over the refund policy for in-game content in Omega Strikers. Note that Ody Point purchases do not fall under this policy and you will need to reach out to the platform(Steam, Apple, etc.) that the purchase was completed on for a refund.
We are working on an in-game UI for this system, but in the meantime, you will have to reach out Player Support in either Discord or submit a request for a refund.
So what can I refund?
Like all refund policies, we have a few restrictions here.
- All refundable content is eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase regardless if it has or has not been used.
- At least one refund token is on the account.

How do refund tokens work?
Something something magic? All accounts start with 3 refund tokens and once they are exhausted you will be unable to refund future in-game content. Think carefully before you decide to use a refund token since their is no backsies in this system(aka no refund of a refund token).
When a token is used the item will be removed from your account and the amount of currency used to complete the purchase will be added back.
How do I get extra refund tokens?
You can't at the moment. We don't have any plans currently to add additional refund tokens to accounts. Once you use the tokens you will be unable to refund in-game content.
