Follow these steps to hook us up with your log files.
- Enter %LOCALAPPDATA%/OmegaStrikers/Saved/Logs into the Windows Run Command Window (Windows key + r)
- Find the log file that you are wanting to send to us. The most recent logfile will always be called "OmegaStrikers" and any older files will be called backup + a date and time for when the log file was created.
A full example directory would look like: C:\Users\[your Windows username]\AppData\Local\OmegaStrikers\Saved\Logs
- Attach the log to your tickets here!
Follow these steps to hook us up with your log files.
- Open the Files application & select On My iPad/iPhone for your location
- Select Omega Strikers > Omega Strikers > Saved > Logs
- Find the log file that you are wanting to send to us. The most recent logfile will always be called "OmegaStrikers" and any older files will be called backup + a date and time for when the log file was created.
- Long press on the files there and use the menus to send it to us
Follow these steps to hook us up with your log files.
- Connect your mobile device to your PC via USB
- Once connected, pull down the status bar at the top of the screen on your mobile device and select the USB option
- Choose Give access to your PC (full access)
- Open up File Explorer on your PC
- Select your mobile device from the available drives
- Select Internal shared storage > Android > data > com.odysseyinteractive.omegastrikersbeta > files > UnrealGame > OmegaStrikers > OmegaStrikers > Saved > Logs
- Search for a LOG File named OmegaStrikers.
- Download the log file and attach it to your ticket. Feel free to include multiple log files if you think it will help us troubleshoot your issue (these are labeled as OmegaStrikers - back - date).
Getting logs from your PC will require a physical connection between your PC and your mobile device.
