When troubleshooting technical issues on iOS devices we will sometimes request for log files to be sent over to us. These help us understand what is going on for your specific device and will allow us to provide better troubleshooting steps.
From a mobile device
- Open the Files application
- Select your On My iPad/iPhone for your location
- Select Omega Strikers > Omega Strikers > Saved > Logs
- Find the log file that you are wanting to send to us. The most recent logfile will always be called "OmegaStrikers" and any older files will be called backup + a date and time for when the log file was created.
- Long press on the files there and use the menus to send it to us
